Orders placed by 3pm EST standard are shiped same business day Monday through Friday. Our company utilizes the best carrier per your location and will email tracking for your order upon shipment. Your order is guaranteed to deliver with an online traceable method. FedEx is the primary carrier used foр shipments.

Returns & Replacements
To avoid the possibility of a return please call to request a sample or speak with our customer service department if you have questions about our products. In the event the wrong item is ordered the customer will need to ship the product back to us for a refund. Exchanges are not permitted. Customers then can re-order the correct item as new transaction. All returns are charged a $10.00 restocking fee for each item returned. We allow returns only within 30 day window from the delivery date of your order.
Cancelations
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday – Friday via Email Customer Service or through our toll free number (800) 695-6086. Cancellations must be made by 2 p.m. EST the day the order is scheduled to ship in order to avoid any fees.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices found on our website are guaranteed to be the lowest when considering the total cost including shipping cost. Promotions are offered through our company newsletter or Facebook page. We are unable to back credit a previous order placed with a current promotional offer.
Updating Account Information
When creating an online account, be sure to update the shipping so that your orders are shipped to the proper address. Account holders can also update their email address and payment type online by logging into the My Account area of the site.
